Who we are

VvE is a platform for self-managing housing associations (VvEs) in the Netherlands. The platform allows residents to report maintenance complaints and board members to manage them.

What data we collect

We collect and store the following personal data:

• Name and email address (for account access)
• Complaint descriptions, including location within the building
• Photos attached to complaints
• Activity logs related to complaint handling

Why we collect it

This data is necessary to operate the complaint management service. It is used solely for this purpose and is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising.

Where data is stored

All personal data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the European Union. We do not transfer data outside the EU.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. When your VvE no longer uses the platform, data is deleted within a reasonable period.

Your rights (AVG / GDPR)

Under the AVG you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, send an email to noreply@mycleancity.nl. We will respond within 30 days.
